PROVENANCE [ WINDOWPANE DRESSING GOWN ]
Fox Brothers has been making fine luxury woollen cloths since 1772. The cloth used here was first developed during the 1860’s when Fox became well known for its softly textured ‘West of England' flannels, so admired and desired by Savile Row tailors and gentlemen of style and elegance around the world.
In the words of ‘Esquire’ magazine, “when it comes to choosing flannel, ask for it (Fox) by name”.
Budd has been making shirts and bedroom attire for well-dressed gentlemen for more than 100 years.
Combining the expertise of these two traditional British manufacturers for the first time we have created, a Chalk Windowpane dressing gown beautiful enough and comfortable enough to be worn even before the fall of darkness.
