The Merchant Fox and Fox Brothers Are Coming to Bristol

This November, The Merchant Fox and Fox Brothers are heading to Bristol.

From Tuesday 4th November, we’ll open the doors to the Fox Residency, a temporary home for Fox cloth, heritage tailoring, and bespoke craftsmanship, running through November and December.

The Residency offers a unique opportunity to explore the world of Fox Brothers cloth, discover curated selections from The Merchant Fox, and meet some of our favourite specialist makers and collaborators.

Specialist Makers and Tailors

Over the course of the Residency, a number of guest speakers will join us, showcasing their work alongside our own. Visitors will be able to explore our offerings and experience the work of skilled makers and tailors. The full programme will be announced soon.

When to Visit

The Residency will be open:
Tuesday to Saturday in November, and Monday to Saturday in December, leading up to Christmas.

We will also host two evening gatherings, on Thursday 4th December and Thursday 13th December, with drinks, conversation, and a chance to meet the makers behind the work.

Located in the heart of Bristol, Curated provides the perfect backdrop for Fox Brothers cloth and fine craftsmanship, surrounded by independent shops, cafés, and the city’s creative energy.

Travelling to Bristol

If travelling from London, the fastest route is by train from London Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads, around 1 hour and 40 minutes. From the station, Curated is a ten-minute taxi ride or a short walk.

For those arriving by car, the Trenchard Street Car Park (Trenchard Street, BS1 5AN) is a convenient option, only a short walk from St Michael’s Hill.
