We have just launched a new self service returns and exchanges portal at The Merchant Fox, and we would love for you to test this out!
Should you need to use our newly launched returns and exchanges portal, simply click here to start the returns journey.
Once the returns portal opens, enter your order number (starting with TMF), along with the email address associated with the relevant order. You'll then be able to view any order history and select the suitable options.
Please follow the on-screen instructions, shortly after you have completed a few questions, you'll receive a digital shipping label straight to your email inbox.
When the item is packaged and ready to go, it can then be taken to any of your local DHL drop off points.
